With the similarity of facial expressions, one might think The Secretary and The Ambassador are brothers. The Secretary samples the work of art as The Ambassador carefully mixes the concoction. "Hmmm,"

The Ambassador and The Secretary concentrate on the task at hand. Working with the solid form of H2O is often tricky.  Working together, the resulting masterpiece will undoubtedly be a work of art. Examining the contents, The Secretary notes that the chemical compound is now in its liquid state.

The Secretary greets The Official Photographer with a warm smile. Not to be deterred by obstacles, The Secretary cleans beneath his throne.

The Secretary smiles in appreciation of the new experience. Of course, every good chef takes care to clean after cooking -- even if one DID sit in a seat full of water!
